Browser competition is already becoming quite fierce these days. With IE9 just around the corner, Mozilla is doing its best to speed things up for the release of its Firefox 7 browser. In connection with that, Mozilla has announced the availability of its Firefox 7 version. Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux users can test it and see if it’s up to their expectations.
With this new beta release, Mozilla hopes to enhance the browser’s stability. In making this possible, the company focused on three aspects and these are:
• Improved memory usage.
• Remote blacklisting for hardware acceleration
• Enhanced Flash support for Mac OS X
Mozilla has also fixed a lot bugs in the firefox 7.
Despite that, the company is still hoping for more feedback from its users to ensure no harmful bugs are left unfixed. If the company is achieves what they want in the Firefox beta 4, a February release is possible.
